Pep in my step!

I just got done with my first massage from Kathy, and I left with a little pep in my step! Kathy listened to my needs and checked in with me along the way. I also appreciated the atmosphere, lovely smelling essential oils, and plenty of water to keep me hydrated. I look forward to booking again and making this a regular part of my wellness routine. Thanks Kathy!

After a nasty mountain bike crash, and 5 weeks in a sling with a broken collar bone, Kathy helped me regain mobility and range of motion in my shoulder muscles after having them sit still for so long.
